Simon’s journey with TEAM began as a member, during which he expanded his own recruitment firm from a modest team of two to an impressive ensemble of forty professionals. His leadership is grounded in firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the recruitment industry. Simon acquired TEAM in 2020, driven by a passion to give back to the network that played a crucial role in his own growth. His vision for TEAM is to continue to foster a community that not only grows together but thrives together in the evolving recruitment landscape.
Andy Dunne - Managing Director
Andy Dunne, the Managing Director of TEAM, joined the network in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from over seven years as a TEAM member while running a solo recruitment business. Andy's approach to leadership is characterised by his commitment to innovation and member service enhancement. His insights into the day-to-day operations of recruitment agencies are invaluable in driving TEAM's mission to support our members in adapting to the dynamic market demands.
