Assessment: ongoing reviews and completion of tasks, projects, and portfolio of work throughout with an end point assessment including professional discussion.


Qualifications: Level 3 CMI Qualification, Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship Certificate, Foundation Chartered Manager Status (CMgr). 


About: covers all aspects of leadership principles such as what is leadership and management, how do I manage myself and others, using data to deliver and how to create and build professional relationships. 


Learning areas include how to:

  • Lead teams in daily operations
  • Manage projects
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

Coaching Professional Training

Suitable for: aspiring coaches or managers looking to develop their coaching skills.


Length of course: 12 to 18 months.


Weekly study hours: flexible, self-directed.


Delivered: Online one-to-one training sessions; study via e-learning platforms; skills coaching, work-based evidence, assignments, training days and CPD.


Assessment: ongoing reviews and completion of tasks, projects, and portfolio of work throughout with an end point assessment including professional discussion.


Qualifications: Level 5 CMI Qualification, Higher Apprenticeship Certificate.

Suitable for: mid-level management, with around 5 years’ experience in management, but with no formal training, may oversee one or two teams.
